We are looking for somebody to replicate a paper, Dynamic Spectrum Matching with One-shot Learning, (https://arxiv.org/abs/1806.09981) as part of an open-source library to analyze Raman spectra with deep learning.
We are looking for somebody to replicate a paper, Dynamic Spectrum Matching with One-shot Learning, (https://arxiv.org/abs/1806.09981) as part of an open-source library to analyze Raman spectra with deep learning. We have code and need somebody to take over the project from a student who is graduating.

The current code can be found here https://github.com/matinraayai/raman-siamese
The Github has a recreation of the paper Dynamic Spectrum Matching with One-shot Learning in pytorch with a wide range of Raman spectra datasets available; Including:
- RRUFF Raman spectra dataset.
- Modified Version of DeepCID Simulated Dataset with all the component labels extracted using their previously trained models.
